Booking process is all online and simple to follow. The vet came on time and was very professional. Service is super convenient especially if you don't have a car in the city. Prices are fair for the service provided.

Excellent service! The vets always take a thorough medical history before the appointment and they are super patient with nervous pets. It's also a mobile service vet which means theres no hassle for travelling in a car with you pet (my cat hates car rides). Would 10/10 recommend.

What a great service, especially during lockdown! Before coming in, we had a consultation phone call where Laurence really took the time to answer all of my questions, as I’m a new pet owner. During the appointment, which was a general health checkup for my cat, he was very thorough and explained each step. Highly recommend!

Dr Laurence was very professional and you can tell that he really cares for your pet. It was easy to make a booking and the service is very convenient. The initial phone call was super friendly and the consultation was clear and thorough. He also followed up and sent a message a few days later to check up on my pup which was amazing. My little fur baby is not a great car traveler, and with the current COVID climate, our vet's policy is she would have to wait in her carrier in the car at the vet prior to her appointment, so to save her anxiety levels (and mine) I decided to give First Paw a go when she needed a check over recently. I was so impressed with Laurence and his professionalism, caring nature and knowledge. He rang me from the car to get a full history on my kitty, and talked me through his process for when he came inside. I mentioned to him that our last vet told me I had very anxious kitten as she would shake and try to wriggle away from the vet every time we went. But not with Laurence, he came into the home with his friendly nature and my little one went right up to him for a sniff over and rarely left the area he was in the whole time. He gave her his full attention for more than the allotted time, left me a sample that he thought might help, and followed up a few days later to see how she was going. Overall, the whole process was so easy and convenient, I'll definitely be using Laurence & First Paw again and would highly recommend him.

I can't get my dog anywhere near a vets since he had to stay 3 nights in the animal hospital at 6 months old; he's very nervous. Dr Laurence was gentle and patient and my dog was treated without causing any of us any stress! I highly recommend Dr Laurence

I have a senior cat who stresses terribly whenever we have to travel to see a vet. This was a great alternative for his health check and vaccination. Booking was very easy and Dr Laurence was great with my cat (who is often very cranky with strangers). He offered great health advice and provided some good recommendations for various products. Very reasonably priced and overall the best, least stress free vet visit we have ever had! Will definitely be booking Dr Laurence for the next check up!

Laurence was great! Punctual and extremely professional, definitely knows all things when it comes to pets! No doubt our puppy cavoodle is in good hands. Love that this service is mobile! Came right to our house and had the vet appointment in the comfort of our own home! Winning!
