Mobile Vet in Richmond

Thank you Laurence! First time we have used this service, and very impressed. Our cat hated going to the vet, and would work themselves into a complete hissing biting ball of fury. But in using this service, he was able to examined, and gets his vaccinations with no stress and in his own home environment. Both less stressful for the cat and us. We will use again, and would highly recommend.

Like many people I bought a puppy during COVID. Trying to get to Vets that were Open, and had availability, plus maintaining social distancing was difficult. I stumbled over First Paw while researching my options. Finding a vet that did home visits in a safe and professional manner was awesome! They have been with me through the whole gamut of pet owning, from Vaccinations, through to puppy infections, plus I have an allergy dog. First Paw are very responsive when looking for advice, or what to do in an emergency, and all my puppy needs.

Laurence was brilliant - being pandemic times, he made sure to limit the amount of time spent in the apartment by having a phone chat prior to coming up. Very professional, knowledgeable and super friendly, even though Roxy wasn’t the happiest after getting her vaccination, I’m sure she was very glad to avoid the car trip to the vet! Such an easy process of booking, made the whole experience wonderful.

Laurence is knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate. My boy has mobility issues and home visits make it a lot easier on the both of us. Managed to get an appointment quickly after a no show, no call from another vet.

Fabulous service. Caring vets who take the time to put you and your beloved family pet at ease. Highly recommended. Will be using again.

Great service and a great experience!

Laurence and Erin were wonderful at a time that was very difficult for us. They arrived when they said they would and treated both Cooper, our 16 year old Labrador and ourselves with respect and kindness. Laurence explained everything he was going to do and stepped back when we needed time with Cooper before he performed the euthanasia. He spoke gently to Cooper and to us. He made an experience we were all dreading so much more comfortable. We can’t thank him and Erin enough for their compassion and professionalism. I would highly recommend First Paw to anyone.

Booking process is all online and simple to follow. The vet came on time and was very professional. Service is super convenient especially if you don't have a car in the city. Prices are fair for the service provided.

Laurence came at a time of need for I and my puppy. The service was quick, courteous and my puppy was comfortable around the vet. The service is recommended especially when you want an in home care instead of trips to and from the vet.

Thanks Laurence for your care in looking after our dog and her sore paw and helpful diet tips for Rufus’ runny poos. Both dogs are doing better. Appreciate the home visit as it made things so much easier to get the dogs checked.

I had Lawrence, and he was great! Gave great advise, was easy to understand. Would highly recommend him. Always keeps in contact with you even after the appointment to check up on things.

Excellent service! The vets always take a thorough medical history before the appointment and they are super patient with nervous pets. It's also a mobile service vet which means theres no hassle for travelling in a car with you pet (my cat hates car rides). Would 10/10 recommend.
