Highly recommended! Apqrt from the obvious ease of a vet coming to your home, Laurence is incredibly professional as well. Taking time to establish why id called on the phone first, everything was covered to ensure on arrival, he knew exactly what he was looking for. He put me at ease knowing Archie the Ginger Tom was doing ok. Archie doesnt live being touched so gentle care during vaccination was appreciated. Thanks Laurence, will see you next time!

We called on First Paw to assist us with a health check of our cat amidst the lockdown in Melbourne, when our usual vet had quite a long wait for the next available appointment. Dr Laurence was friendly and professional, arriving on time and ensuring he used Covid Safe protocols during the visit. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable in obtaining a health history and whilst examining our cat. Our little guy can be quite skittish with strangers in our home, but Dr Laurence was excellent in keeping him calm and reassured throughout the check up. I highly recommend using First Paw for your pets needs, not only for the convenience of being a mobile vet but also for the high quality of care that they provide. I have a senior cat who stresses terribly whenever we have to travel to see a vet. This was a great alternative for his health check and vaccination. Booking was very easy and Dr Laurence was great with my cat (who is often very cranky with strangers). He offered great health advice and provided some good recommendations for various products. Very reasonably priced and overall the best, least stress free vet visit we have ever had! Will definitely be booking Dr Laurence for the next check up!

He was amazing with my puppy Sasha! He knows what he’s doing and explained everything to me so well, he answered all my questions. He went the extra mile and came to my area which is definitely worth the extra fee charge! He’s fantastic and I don’t know how to describe it! 10/10

Dr Laurence was great, he spent time really getting to know my 8 week old puppy, examining and playing with him. He also took care to talk me through some common conditions of the breed, plus best practice for training. He’s been back since and received a very warm welcome from our pup. Highly recommend.

I was thrilled to find a mobile pet service as I didn't want to traumatise my kitten taking him out in the cold in a taxi. Laurence was on time and very kind and friendly. He took his time to do what was needed for my kitten's first check up (since I brought him home) and booster vax. Laurence gave me lots of advice on teeth health for animals and any issues to look out for in the future. 100% recommendation.
