Very happy with the service from First Paw. Arrived perfectly on time and admit was a first visit did a comprehensive question session getting to know my animals before meeting them. Then on meeting they were very patient and calm allowing my cats to smell and accept them before conducting the assessment and treatment. I will absolutely use First Paw for all possible at home treatment as the stress levels on my cats was so low it was wonderful!

Highly recommend First Paw, my cat was so much calmer having a vet attend to her at home. I think she even liked Laurence despite all the prodding and poking as he has a nice caring demeanour which put her (and her distressed human - me) at ease. Thank you!

Cannot fault Laurence with how he treated my cat. He was attentive and took the time to explain the medication thoroughly as well as her condition. What an incredible business. I’m not sure if me or my baby pup were more nervous about the first vaccines but Lawrence made me (and more importantly my pooch) feel completely at ease. An excellent service that perfectly slipped in around my (always too busy) work schedule, Lawrence had my pup vaccinated, checked and ready to go about his day before my first meeting had even started. But most importantly he did it without a single whelp or yelp throughout the entire process. After hearing horror stories about dogs terrified of the vet, there is no one else I would call on for shots or check ups. I have referred all my friends.

Wealth of knowledge from Laurence and really appreciated the follow up messages/advise. Daisy my 10 week old puppy had her second vaccination with him and she absolutely loved him. She was completely at ease with her check up and injection. Daisy is excited for her upcoming final injection and it makes it so much easier from the comfort of your home.

Laurence and his mobile vet service has been a God-send. I have a three year old cat who is very skittish and ran away for five days last time I took him to the vet. Upon arrival, Laurence stayed in his car and called me so we could work out our strategy re Laurence coming into the house and Gavin my cat being in the right spot where he couldn’t hide or cause harm to Laurence or myself. Laurence was so understanding about my stress levels and the stress levels of Gavin and we worked together to make it a successful visit and I was thrilled to have my furry boy vaccinated for another year. He also had a quick look at my puppy dog’s teeth and confirmed its time to have them cleaned. Thank you Laurence, I will be making you a firm part of my furry family. Brilliant! Was able to get my dog Harry vaccinated without having to leave my house while working from home. Great guy who knows what he's doing, the convenience was just a bonus. Will use again, cheers!

I have to say, I was very impressed with First Paw and more to the point Lawrence. I made the initial appointment and then I couldn't meet that time, but spoke with First Paw to see if I could get Lawrence out to my home and Lawrence called me and we set a time. I am always a little bit apprehensive with taking my two cats to a vet as they get incredibly scared and timid, well Lawrence was absolutely awesome with my two cats, he explained everything very clearly, was fantastic with them, and overall a wonderful experience for all. I would highly recommend Lawrence from First Paw, it takes away the stress of leaving your home with anxious cats! Thanks First Paw, awesome job!
