Mobile Vet in East Melbourne

We had a great experience using first Paw Mobile Vet. Before entering the premises our Vet took the time to have a pre briefing discussion to discuss concerns and symptoms we had been noticing- our cat had just returned after running away for 7 days. When he came in to do the consultation he was professional and friendly, he took his time to thoroughly complete a health check on our cat and was very knowledgeable in prescribing a course of medication to help with her recovery. In addition to this he also checked in via text in the days following to see how she was doing and if recovery was going a expected. The pricing was fair and the convenience of having someone visit our home rather than putting our pet under stress by travelling into a clinic was worthwhile. Would recommend them!

Found First Paw Mobile Vet using a Google search and booked in. Dr. Laurence visited to do a home vaccination for my 11 year old Bengal cat who absolutely hates her kitty carrier. The experience was great. Dr. Laurence called on arrival to learn more about my cat before coming inside. Such a caring, patient and knowledgeable human who clearly cares about animals and their wellbeing. I highly recommend First Paw Mobile Vet

Highly recommended! Apqrt from the obvious ease of a vet coming to your home, Laurence is incredibly professional as well. Taking time to establish why id called on the phone first, everything was covered to ensure on arrival, he knew exactly what he was looking for. He put me at ease knowing Archie the Ginger Tom was doing ok. Archie doesnt live being touched so gentle care during vaccination was appreciated. Thanks Laurence, will see you next time!

Cannot fault Laurence with how he treated my cat. He was attentive and took the time to explain the medication thoroughly as well as her condition. Having her treated at home also greatly reduces the stress she feels when being transported to the vets. First Paw Mobile Vet is an invaluable service. Will not hesitate to call Laurence again when veterinary attention is needed.

Laurence was great with my 3 month old puppy and 8 year old dog! Very professional and answered all my questions... and the doggos loved him :)

My cat isn't the fussiest but I don't drive and he is very heavy to carry, so I opted for a mobile vet. Booking is easy – you can call or book online. The person answering the phone was very friendly and helpful. First Paw was very prompt and very gentle with my cat. The check up, vaccination, and recommendations were handled super efficiently and with care. Aftercare was provided via texted links to PDFs (love this as I am swamped with emails and can't stand loose paper). Very grateful that all pandemic guidelines were followed as I live in a small space, and it made me feel very safe. Thank you, First Paw. Thank you Laurence! First time we have used this service, and very impressed. Our cat hated going to the vet, and would work themselves into a complete hissing biting ball of fury. But in using this service, he was able to examined, and gets his vaccinations with no stress and in his own home environment. Both less stressful for the cat and us. We will use again, and would highly recommend.
