This is an excellent service. Laurence is a very skilled and professional vet who treated my mum’s beagle. Indie is a very anxious dog and had infected & inflamed eyes. Despite two trips to the vet, they didn’t improve as her anxiety and twitchiness prevented the vet from being able to properly inspect and treat her eyes. This made a home visit by Laurence the perfect solution. After a visit from Laurence and a treatment course, Indie’s eyes were back to normal after only a few days. I couldn’t more highly recommend Laurence and first paw mobile vet to care for your beloved animals. Laurence is so thorough, knowledgeable and attentive to your pet’s needs. .

Dr Laurence came to our house earlier this week to treat our Staffy x who had been unwell for a few days. He arrived before time and greeted us all so warmly and with such a calm demeanour. He took the time to listen to the history as he sat on the floor giving our usually highly anxious dog a chance to relax and approach Laurence in his own time. Laurence was extremely knowledgable and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure every base was covered. He works closely with the local vet clinics and is careful to present the options. He even discovered a dental issue with our dog that had previously gone unnoticed so that was a bonus of the examination. Vet visits are usually highly stressful for us and our dog so this was such a positive experience, one that we would highly recommend for any pet owner. We will be using First Paw Mobile Vet Service from now on and have already recommended Laurence to friends and neighbours.

Dr Laurence is fantastic! Highly recommend. We have a very anxious cat who hates going to an external vet. Dr Laurence was so patient and gentle with Oscar, and really took the time to listen and explain. We are moving interstate shortly and I was very worried about transporting Oscar. Dr Laurence provided excellent advice and really eased my concerns. Pricing is also very competitive, especially for the convenience of a home visit. Thanks Dr Laurence!

Laurence took amazing care of our little 11 week old pup - his love for animals really shows in his excellent service and attention to detail. Can't recommend him enough - if you're trying to make sure your puppy has a good first impression with a vet, this is it!

It’s been so fantastic having Laurence make home visits to my 12 year Westie Norman. Norman usually hates going to the vet and Laurence’s visits take out all of the anxiety of check/ups for him (and me). Laurence is extremely thorough and professional and works hard to put Norman at ease. Highly recommended.

I can’t thank Dr Laurence and First Paw Mobile Vet enough for today! My poor old cat developed a very painful lump on his spine and was so uncomfortable and irritable that the vets at the clinic couldn’t even get close enough for a proper exam. They sent us home with some pain relief and advise to monitor, but he still wasn’t himself. I was worried about putting my boy through another stressful car trip and vet visit, so when Dr Laurence came to us, it was a huge relief! Dr Laurence was calm, confident, and incredibly gentle, taking the time to carefully examine my cat right at home. He explained all the possible causes of the lump and talked me through treatment options. Together, we made a plan that made me feel confident and at ease. I’ve never seen my cat so relaxed during and after a vet visit, and the cost was no more than a regular clinic appointment! If your cat gets stressed easily, Dr Laurence is the vet you want. He was amazing with my puppy Sasha! He knows what he’s doing and explained everything to me so well, he answered all my questions. He went the extra mile and came to my area which is definitely worth the extra fee charge! He’s fantastic and I don’t know how to describe it! 10/10

Awesome service provided by veterinarian, Laurence, during the stage 4 COVID-19 lockdown. We started to notice that our border collie was having some issues related to his rear-end and our cat hat been scratching at his face near his ear. We didn't want to deal with the logistics and risk of transporting both pets and also all the additional measures required due to the lockdown at our regular clinic. We setup an online appointment via the website and Laurence arrived right at the scheduled appointment time. We did a 15-minute phone consultation before Laurence entered the property. Laurence was very thorough with the examination and also provided a full general health check on our pets. Very kind and considerate and talked us through all the examinations and provided a lot of background on what was happening, also checking in a few days later. Really lifted the bar beyond what we were used to with our other highly-rated and regarded local clinic, would definitely use the service again without hesitation.

Laurence is a wonderful vet & when i had a dilemma regarding my new puppy needing next vacc, he was the only vet that delivered on his promise of care. He has a lovely way about him & made my Chihuahua puppy 'Dobby', feel very calm. 'Dobby' had only recently arrived all the way from Queensland & the thought of being in a veterinary clinic for me, would've been too stressful. Traumer still lingers from my last dog aged 13, dying in my arms at another clinic. This was a joy & well woth it. Calm pooch, calm owner, great vet. Thank you Laurence
