Booked in with Dr Laurence to get my cats vaxxed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The cost of the appointment was on par and if not cheaper than the cost of travelling to a Vet, but more importantly, the service was incredible. Both of my cats immediately warmed up to him, including the more anxious and skittish one. I booked in to get their vaccinations topped up but left it with so much more information to continue supporting my cats’ lives and wellbeing. Thank you!!

The convenience of First Paw is next to none. My 10.5 year old Stanley dog hurt his back and was beside himself with anxiety from the pain. The last thing I wanted to do was put him in the car and take him to the vet, a place that makes him even more anxious! Finding Laurence at First Paw was my greatest discovery ever! Laurence was so calm, gentle and patient with Stanley. He took his time to assess the problem and explained everything we needed to do to achieve recovery. Stanley is back to his normal self and I couldn’t be happier with this service!

We called on First Paw to assist us with a health check of our cat amidst the lockdown in Melbourne, when our usual vet had quite a long wait for the next available appointment. Dr Laurence was friendly and professional, arriving on time and ensuring he used Covid Safe protocols during the visit. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable in obtaining a health history and whilst examining our cat. Our little guy can be quite skittish with strangers in our home, but Dr Laurence was excellent in keeping him calm and reassured throughout the check up. I highly recommend using First Paw for your pets needs, not only for the convenience of being a mobile vet but also for the high quality of care that they provide. The team at First Paw are simply amazing. I am thrilled that this at-home service exists as my little dude Aragorn is terrified by clinics, he's often anxious and sometimes a little too excited! Dr Lawrence was able to administer a vaccination with care and love. Amazing service by Dr Laurence. This was my first time using a mobile vet for my new puppy and I was extremely happy I did.
