Laurence was great! Punctual and extremely professional, definitely knows all things when it comes to pets! No doubt our puppy cavoodle is in good hands. Love that this service is mobile! Came right to our house and had the vet appointment in the comfort of our own home! Winning!

Definitely book Firstpaw again for my puppy. The best VET ever as Dr. Laurence was very helpful , professional and gentle to my baby, Coco was really like him and relaxed as she always wanted to play with Dr Laurence. He also gave us a lot of advices and how to take care of the puppy. Thanks again for giving my puppy the best vaccinal experience.

Despite all good reviews, our experience was not satisfactory. We chose standard health check $149 for our cat’s acne and additional cat $89 just because the vet already visited. We feel the session was too rushing and didn’t feel all our concerns were addressed. We would just think of it as for the sake of getting the cream (ilium Dermotic Ear & Skin Suspension $49). We will visit proper vet clinic next time considering it has all medical equipments as well. Besides, their enquiry email does not seem to be monitored. They didn’t reply to my email asking for the vet’s full name and registration number. It was for me to confirm the information for insurance claim. I called the receptionist and she told me she would get it replied but still no reply.

Highly recommend Laurence. He was wonderful with my 2 cats, even though one of them was rather unhappy with the process. Great service, right on time, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer our questions. Will definitely get him back for the next annual check-up!

Lawrence is a wonderful vet. He called me before coming into my home and asked a lot of questions about my cat Jimmi. So he is really thorough, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately Jimmi isn't a fan of strangers or strange people touching her (same 😆) But with some sedation on her second visit, he managed to do a thorough examination and vaccination. And also gave me some great advice on what to look for when finding a vet to do her dental work. Will definitely be using his services for any future issues with Jimmi.

Laurence was awesome. My cat, Muse, who was adopted from the RSCPA started to have a bit of nausea. Laurence was able to come to us after 6pm, (during the COVID lockdowns as well) to give Muse a check up. Text message follow ups are also really personable. Muse seemed to warm up to a vet rather quickly and was much more relaxed at home. Will be using Laurence for future check ups!

Since the first day my old Labrador met Dr Laurence, we realized how excellent professional he is. He took the time to answer all my questions, listened to Koome history and continued a follow-up after the visit. In addition, he is sensitive friendly and nice with pet owners. So, without doubt, when my almost 16-year-old dog needed to say goodbye to us, I called Laurence to accompany Koome to the end of her beautiful life. He and the nurse were very respectful and sensitive at this difficult time. Koome slept peacefully in the best hands. He is really the best vet I met, and I recommend him 100%. Cannot recommend more highly. Dr Laurence was amazing. Very comprehensive in his assessment, information and follow up. He was very gentle and my cat was totally relaxed with him. I will definitely use First Paw again in the future.

First Paw mobile vet is a game changer! Our cat, Frida refused to go in the box to the vet, she seemed traumatised to get in - very defensive and scratchy. Dr Laurence provided a phone consult before coming in and then came over to give Frida her first check up at home. Dr Laurence provided clear instructions and helpful information to keep Frida healthy. He ensured minimal stress for Frida (and us!) and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
