Laurence from First Paw’s service was second to none. He showed genuine care and respect for myself and my pup while being quick and effective. He was more than happy to answer any questions I had and provided some great hints and tips to care for pooch. So friendly! The mobile VET service is great and incredibly convenient for us busy city slickers.

This is a fantastic service, the vet (Laurence) was great, he was very well organised and thourough. It was a much better experience having him come to us, more relaxed for us and our pets. Laurence is very approachable and knowledable so he will answer any questions and explains everything very well. Prices are very reasonable, so even with the call out fee it was still cheaper than visiting a vet sugery, great value. I have recommended this service to everyone I know and will be a loyal customer myself from now on.

We had a fantastic experience with First Paw Mobile Vet when our large dog developed an eye infection. Dr Lawrence was super professional yet personal and took great care to make both humans and animal comfortable. He was delicate and very knowledgeable, and not having to leave ourhour was a great bonus. I would highly recommend this vet.

Definitely book Firstpaw again for my puppy. The best VET ever as Dr. Laurence was very helpful , professional and gentle to my baby, Coco was really like him and relaxed as she always wanted to play with Dr Laurence. Dr Laurence is fantastic! Highly recommend. We have a very anxious cat who hates going to an external vet. Dr Laurence was so patient and gentle with Oscar, and really took the time to listen and explain. We are moving interstate shortly and I was very worried about transporting Oscar. Dr Laurence provided excellent advice and really eased my concerns. Pricing is also very competitive, especially for the convenience of a home visit. Thanks Dr Laurence!

Cannot fault Laurence with how he treated my cat. He was attentive and took the time to explain the medication thoroughly as well as her condition. Having her treated at home also greatly reduces the stress she feels when being transported to the vets. First Paw Mobile Vet is an invaluable service. I’m very happy with this vet that I met for my cat’s check up last week, very professional Laurence ..I have saved his number so hopefully for next check up I can call him again.

I was really impressed by the service from Dr Laurence. My previous mobile vet had shut down so I found First Paw Mobile through an internet search and was able to get an appointment in less than a week to undertake an annual health check for my cat. Dr Laurence conducts a quick five-minute call with you prior to entering the property so he can get background information on your pet and to identify the best way to care for it during the visit. Once inside, he was very caring with my cat, making sure he didn't do anything to cause any stress. Dr Laurence did a full check and was able to vaccinate my cat, which was great given cat vaccines are hard to come by in Australia at the moment. He also provided guidance on cat teeth cleaning (I had not been made aware of this from previous vets) and gave information and advice on how to manage and seek treatment. Five days after my visit, Dr Laurence followed up with a message to see how my cat was and if there were any issues following the vaccination. To me, this really showed the good level of service that First Paw Mobile provides to ensure your pet is safe and well. I will definitely be using First Paw Mobile going forward and would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to use a mobile / home visit service.
