Dr. Laurence is a must for everyone who is having a dog for the first time and even for experienced owners. He is a great professional and he was super careful with our young Cavalier. He patiently gave fundamental instructions regarding health and care of the puppy and he did more than just vaccination but a complete check up. It is also very convenient to have him in our place, no stress with traffic and parking. We are recommending his work for all friends.

My cat isn't the fussiest but I don't drive and he is very heavy to carry, so I opted for a mobile vet. Booking is easy – you can call or book online. The person answering the phone was very friendly and helpful. First Paw was very prompt and very gentle with my cat. The check up, vaccination, and recommendations were handled super efficiently and with care. Aftercare was provided via texted links to PDFs (love this as I am swamped with emails and can't stand loose paper). Very grateful that all pandemic guidelines were followed as I live in a small space, and it made me feel very safe. Thank you, First Paw. “We prefer the less intrusive environment”. Says our cats. It is so much less stress having Laurence visit our home and see the cats in their own environment. We booked last minute on a Friday night and Dr Laurence was here exactly on time Saturday morning. We had just adopted our very skittish cat and Dr Laurence handled him with such care. I really appreciated the follow up texts a few day later. I will only be using First Paw in future for the convenience and affordability (not much more than I've paid for in office visits which can be traumatic for both pet and owner). I highly recommend Dr Laurence!

You can see the passion for animals in the eyes of Dr Laurence when he interacts with your pet. He was incredibly easy to talk to and detail oriented to the tee. He even provided a puppy starter guide to help make our lives easier. Definitely give him a buzz if you are looking for a mobile vet!

The convenience of First Paw is next to none. My 10.5 year old Stanley dog hurt his back and was beside himself with anxiety from the pain. The last thing I wanted to do was put him in the car and take him to the vet, a place that makes him even more anxious! Finding Laurence at First Paw was my greatest discovery ever! Laurence was so calm, gentle and patient with Stanley. He took his time to assess the problem and explained everything we needed to do to achieve recovery. Stanley is back to his normal self and I couldn’t be happier with this service!
