Laurence was a pleasure to deal with and service top end. Only took one visit but I won't be looking anywhere else for any vetinary needs for our puppy!

Laurence was a very calm presence around my often skittish cat and provided helpful advice about dental care.

Laurence and Erin were wonderful at a time that was very difficult for us. They arrived when they said they would and treated both Cooper, our 16 year old Labrador and ourselves with respect and kindness. Laurence explained everything he was going to do and stepped back when we needed time with Cooper before he performed the euthanasia. He spoke gently to Cooper and to us. He made an experience we were all dreading so much more comfortable. We can’t thank him and Erin enough for their compassion and professionalism. I would highly recommend First Paw to anyone.

My furbaby hates the cat carrier and since I live alone and don’t drive, getting her check up and vaccination done would have been very difficult without the mobile vet! Very friendly and thorough and unlike many vets didn’t treat a cat as less important than other pets. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Laurence. He was wonderful with my 2 cats, even though one of them was rather unhappy with the process. Great service, right on time, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer our questions. Will definitely get him back for the next annual check-up!

Lawrence came and had a look at my Cat. He was kind, informative, professional and knows what he’s taking about. My cat is on the mend and I would recommend his services to everyone!

Our family member Harry the cat needed his vax papers in order to spend 5 nights in his accomodation whilst we went for a short break. I found Laurence online & I booked an appointment for a weeks time. Laurence was on time and from the moment Harry saw him, he relaxed and had his vax, had his teeth checked and was weighed before he know what was going on. Laurence certainly had a way with animals & we would recommend him 100%

Despite all good reviews, our experience was not satisfactory. We chose standard health check $149 for our cat’s acne and additional cat $89 just because the vet already visited. We feel the session was too rushing and didn’t feel all our concerns were addressed. We would just think of it as for the sake of getting the cream (ilium Dermotic Ear & Skin Suspension $49). We will visit proper vet clinic next time considering it has all medical equipments as well. Besides, their enquiry email does not seem to be monitored. They didn’t reply to my email asking for the vet’s full name and registration number. It was for me to confirm the information for insurance claim. I called the receptionist and she told me she would get it replied but still no reply.

We called on First Paw to assist us with a health check of our cat amidst the lockdown in Melbourne, when our usual vet had quite a long wait for the next available appointment. Dr Laurence was friendly and professional, arriving on time and ensuring he used Covid Safe protocols during the visit. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable in obtaining a health history and whilst examining our cat. Our little guy can be quite skittish with strangers in our home, but Dr Laurence was excellent in keeping him calm and reassured throughout the check up. I highly recommend using First Paw for your pets needs, not only for the convenience of being a mobile vet but also for the high quality of care that they provide. The mobile vet service with Dr Laurence was very professional, thoughtful and informative and I am very satisfied with the service. He was very gentle with my puppy, and my dog seems very happy too. The communication is also very clear starting from arrival until done. I would recommend him if you guys are looking for a mobile service for your pet 😊
