Mobile Vet in Kew

We have an extremely anxious dog so vet visits are really stressful for him. I was hoping First Paw mobile vet would be a better experience and it 100% was. Laurence was very patient, he took the time to listen to the concerns and to get a thorough background history. He was awesome with our dog, and basically accomplished more in 30 minutes than we've ever been able to do at a vet office. Laurence was also good at explaining everything and followed up the next day. I would highly recommend First Paw and definitely will be using them again!

First Paw and Dr Laurence have been great! We booked a check up for our cat as he had a sore eye, deciding that the best option was a mobile vet as he is extremely nervous. Laurence was able to calm him down really quickly and was really thorough, juggling tests and equipment whilst keeping the cat calm and still. He gave the eye a good clean and the cat was immediately more happy afterwards, and he also prescribed a course of treatment which has completely cleared the issue up. Laurence has checked in a few times after the appointment to see how our cat is going, and has really shown that he cares and wants him to get better. I would highly recommend First Paw!

Great mobile vet service. Detailed pre visit phone call, courteous and professional. Followed up afterwards with regular text messages. This was my first experience with a mobile vet, and it was amazing. We have a very nervous cat, who hates being in the carrier, even for a 5 minute drive to our regular vet. This was a much better experience for all of us. Our cat was so much more chilled about everything, and as a result, so was I. Will happily use this service again for routine vet visits.

First time using a mobile vet and Dr Laurence was wonderful with my anxious dog. He was very patient and gentle with my dog who suffers from anxiety and is fearful of people. Found First Paw Mobile Vet using a Google search and booked in. Dr. Laurence visited to do a home vaccination for my 11 year old Bengal cat who absolutely hates her kitty carrier. The experience was great. Dr. Laurence called on arrival to learn more about my cat before coming inside. Laurence was great. It took him one visit to correctly diagnose and resolve an issue our regular vet had missed. He took the time to follow up after our appointment to check how the treatment was going, and the mobile aspect of his service is so much more convenient than trying to get to a clinic.
