Mobile Vet in Hawthorn

As a first time cat adopter I reached out to First Paw for a health check for Hedy and some general advice on her care. Laurence was punctual, communicative, clearly loves animals and was very generous with his time and guidance. I was so worried about our cat seeing Dr Laurence as he is a real scaredy cat of people he doesn’t know. Dr Laurence was so wonderful with him and our cat wasn’t as scared as I thought he would be, and let him perform an examination - I was so relieved.😃 Dr Laurence is so professional, gentle and caring, I would definitely recommend him to care for your pets. Amazing service by Dr Laurence. This was my first time using a mobile vet for my new puppy and I was extremely happy I did. Laurence was very professional from the initial call before meeting little Millie, right up until the very end. He answered all of our questions and provided us with great advice and tips. Dr Laurence was gentle with Henny (our 5yo cat) upon assessing him - most especially during his vaccination. Henny was comfortable with him although awkward, he hasn't seen a vet for a few years and is an indoor cat so the First Paw Mobile Vet service is perfect for him. Dr Laurence was open to answering questions and was also across the info I provided about Henny initially. Great experience for us and Henny - will definitely continue with Dr Laurence for our general vet needs 🙂

Dr Laurence from First Paw is great! He is very thorough & took the time to explain all his recommendations. He also gave genuine solutions to a range of concerns. The best part...all in the comfort of our home! So my dog experienced less stress & was much more comfortable than when we have to head to the vet, which of course made me less stressed too! Definitely recommend & will use again.

Nelson my 5yr old 60kg Belgium Shepherd was in obvious pain continual crying followed by screeching when he would try to stand up, bloated stomach - nothing made sense we thought Nelson was dying right in front of us.
