Mobile Vet in Collingwood

Dr Laurence was COVID SAFE, friendly and thorough. He handled Brian the cat with care and listened carefully to our concerns. He was able to drain Brian’s cyst expertly and quickly, with Brian’s comfort as high priority. We will definitely using this service again as Brian is blind and his vet stress when he has to be carted elsewhere is off the charts. When Dr Laurence came to his home, it was just an interesting experience for Brian. This was such a relief! Thank First Paw!

Great mobile vet service. Detailed pre visit phone call, courteous and professional. Followed up afterwards with regular text messages. This was my first experience with a mobile vet, and it was amazing. We have a very nervous cat, who hates being in the carrier, even for a 5 minute drive to our regular vet. This was a much better experience for all of us. Our cat was so much more chilled about everything, and as a result, so was I. Will happily use this service again for routine vet visits.

Bella, my dog, and I would like to heartily recommend the First Paw mobile vet service. An appointment was arranged easily and Laurence, the fabulous vet arrived promptly. He was wonderful, thorough, professional and incredibly sensitive to both Bella’s and my needs. I was absolutely delighted with every aspect of the service and will be accessing First Paws again in the future.

Laurence came out to give our new puppy his second lot of injections. It was such a stress-free, positive experience (for both us and our dog) to have such a caring and knowledgeable vet come out to our home. Laurence took the time to carefully discuss all aspects of puppy ownership with us, from diet recommendations to worming plans, and gave Sonny a thorough checkup. We've rebooked for his next injections, and couldn't be happier with the decision to use First Paw Mobile Vet!

I was thrilled to find a mobile pet service as I didn't want to traumatise my kitten taking him out in the cold in a taxi. Laurence was on time and very kind and friendly. He took his time to do what was needed for my kitten's first check up (since I brought him home) and booster vax. Laurence gave me lots of advice on teeth health for animals and any issues to look out for in the future. 100% recommendation.

My furbaby hates the cat carrier and since I live alone and don’t drive, getting her check up and vaccination done would have been very difficult without the mobile vet! Very friendly and thorough and unlike many vets didn’t treat a cat as less important than other pets. Highly recommend!

What a great service! Laurence was thorough with his check up of my golden retriever. I couldn't recommend this service more for your pet as it took the stress out of going to the vet especially during this time when you can't be with them in the consultations room.

Highly recommend Laurence. He was wonderful with my 2 cats, even though one of them was rather unhappy with the process. Great service, right on time, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer our questions. Will definitely get him back for the next annual check-up!

Great service and a great experience!

Dr. Laurence responds to his messages/calls super quick making it easy to book a checkup for my 2 new cats. He gave me lost of advice and tips on how to keep them in top health, and seems really knowledgeable. It was incredibly convenient for me as the cats are quite timid, and it seems that they were more comfortable as the checkup was in an environment they were semi-familiar with. Appreciate the work! Booked in with Dr Laurence to get my cats vaxxed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The cost of the appointment was on par and if not cheaper than the cost of travelling to a Vet, but more importantly, the service was incredible. Both of my cats immediately warmed up to him, including the more anxious and skittish one. I booked in to get their vaccinations topped up but left it with so much more information to continue supporting my cats’ lives and wellbeing. Thank you!!
