Absolutely wonderful experience. Dr Laurence was very prompt, patient(with our wiggly boy) and very helpful with all our questions.

Dr Laurence was excellent with our 8 year old nervous cat. He clearly loves animals and took the time to get to know our cat and his history. He also provided detailed advice which was appreciated. Highly recommended.

My cat it’s a bit tricky but with the help of Laurence and first Paw I could get everything done for her; the service was amazing, the way laurence handled my cat was really good so honestly I highly recommend this guys.

Loved the convenience! Dr Laurence was very helpful, I have a newborn and both my newborn and wife were sick and we needed to take Rocco to the Vet and instead we got Laurence to come and asisst without having to leave the house. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will tell friends.

We booked last minute on a Friday night and Dr Laurence was here exactly on time Saturday morning. We had just adopted our very skittish cat and Dr Laurence handled him with such care. I really appreciated the follow up texts a few day later. I will only be using First Paw in future for the convenience and affordability (not much more than I've paid for in office visits which can be traumatic for both pet and owner). I highly recommend Dr Laurence!

I was so worried about our cat seeing Dr Laurence as he is a real scaredy cat of people he doesn’t know. Dr Laurence was so wonderful with him and our cat wasn’t as scared as I thought he would be, and let him perform an examination - I was so relieved.😃 Dr Laurence is so professional, gentle and caring, I would definitely recommend him to care for your pets. Great service and a great experience!

We had such a great experience with Dr. Laurence when it came to vaccinating our 4 year old dog, who was too anxious and stressed to set foot in our regular vet clinic after multiple attempts. Laurence showed patience, kindness and persistence throughout his home visit and was able to get the job done efficiently. We highly recommend his services and will definitely be using First Paw again in the future!

Dr. Laurence and his professional, empathetic and calming nature has become an instant friend to our two dogs. Aside from his professionalism, punctuality and amazing vet knowledge he is a naturally endearing person who made our 14 year old lab feel at ease while he thoroughly checked her out, and engaged with our children and us as if we had known him forever. The trauma of trying to get an ageing Lab with bad legs into a 4wd to go to the vet is horrible, but having Laurence come to us for a highly reasonable fee has made such a difference to us. Sadly there will come a time in the future that we will have to farewell our old girl and it brings peace of mind to my family that we have Laurence to go through this painful time with. We can't recommend him highly enough and wish we had found him sooner.
