The best vet visit in years! Lawrence was amazing, he was super organised and very caring and thorough with our cat. He was very diligent in his practice and this shows as we had a very happy cat :) looking forward to these yearly visits.

Laurence came out to give our new puppy his second lot of injections. It was such a stress-free, positive experience (for both us and our dog) to have such a caring and knowledgeable vet come out to our home. Laurence took the time to carefully discuss all aspects of puppy ownership with us, from diet recommendations to worming plans, and gave Sonny a thorough checkup. We've rebooked for his next injections, and couldn't be happier with the decision to use First Paw Mobile Vet!

Dr Laurence was very patient with my anxious cat and was very gentle and patient. Thorough treatment and assessment without the hassle of having to drive to a clinic - perfect for anxious dogs and cats. Highly recommend and we will be using this service in future.

First Paw Mobile Vet is a fantastic service! Dogs are a great judge of character and my dog absolutely loved Laurence. He is super professional and genuinely cares for the animals. The convenience of having the vet come to you where you pet feels safe is amazing and the covid policy he puts in place ensures that everyone feels safe. I was really impressed by the service from Dr Laurence. My previous mobile vet had shut down so I found First Paw Mobile through an internet search and was able to get an appointment in less than a week to undertake an annual health check for my cat. Dr Laurence conducts a quick five-minute call with you prior to entering the property so he can get background information on your pet and to identify the best way to care for it during the visit. Once inside, he was very caring with my cat, making sure he didn't do anything to cause any stress. Dr Laurence did a full check and was able to vaccinate my cat, which was great given cat vaccines are hard to come by in Australia at the moment. He also provided guidance on cat teeth cleaning (I had not been made aware of this from previous vets) and gave information and advice on how to manage and seek treatment. Five days after my visit, Dr Laurence followed up with a message to see how my cat was and if there were any issues following the vaccination. To me, this really showed the good level of service that First Paw Mobile provides to ensure your pet is safe and well. I will definitely be using First Paw Mobile going forward and would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to use a mobile / home visit service.

I was very impressed with Laurence. He was very thorough upon arrival and gentle with my highly anxious fur child. He has great knowledge, is very thoughtful and caring, is very personable and provided some good advice. I will definitely be seeking his services in the future.

Professional, prompt and positive. Our dog Bill is ageing, getting a bit territorial and not so vet-clinic friendly. First Paw visiting him in his own environment was a great experience for us all. Highly recommended! Apqrt from the obvious ease of a vet coming to your home, Laurence is incredibly professional as well. Taking time to establish why id called on the phone first, everything was covered to ensure on arrival, he knew exactly what he was looking for. He put me at ease knowing Archie the Ginger Tom was doing ok. Archie doesnt live being touched so gentle care during vaccination was appreciated. Thanks Laurence, will see you next time!
