Definitely book Firstpaw again for my puppy. The best VET ever as Dr. Laurence was very helpful , professional and gentle to my baby, Coco was really like him and relaxed as she always wanted to play with Dr Laurence. He also gave us a lot of advices and how to take care of the puppy. Thanks again for giving my puppy the best vaccinal experience.

Since the first day my old Labrador met Dr Laurence, we realized how excellent professional he is. He took the time to answer all my questions, listened to Koome history and continued a follow-up after the visit. In addition, he is sensitive friendly and nice with pet owners. So, without doubt, when my almost 16-year-old dog needed to say goodbye to us, I called Laurence to accompany Koome to the end of her beautiful life. He and the nurse were very respectful and sensitive at this difficult time. Koome slept peacefully in the best hands. He is really the best vet I met, and I recommend him 100%. Booking process is all online and simple to follow. The vet came on time and was very professional. Service is super convenient especially if you don't have a car in the city. Prices are fair for the service provided.

The best vet visit in years! Lawrence was amazing, he was super organised and very caring and thorough with our cat. He was very diligent in his practice and this shows as we had a very happy cat :) looking forward to these yearly visits.

Dr Laurence was gentle with Henny (our 5yo cat) upon assessing him - most especially during his vaccination. Henny was comfortable with him although awkward, he hasn't seen a vet for a few years and is an indoor cat so the First Paw Mobile Vet service is perfect for him. Dr Laurence was open to answering questions and was also across the info I provided about Henny initially. Great experience for us and Henny - will definitely continue with Dr Laurence for our general vet needs 🙂

We had an amazing experience with Dr Laurence! Our poor cat was in a bad way with a very swollen face with what appeared to be an infected abscess from an injury caused by a cat or possum. Dr Laurence was very reassuring when he arrived to our home and took it one step at a time to inspect and treat our fur boy! It was so scary seeing our cat so unwell so the last thing I wanted to do was pop him in a cage to take him to the vet - it would have been even more distressing. The professionalism and empathy he showed towards myself and our cat made it clear to me that he is in the right field of work. From injections, to a shaved cheek and small procedure, temperature and weight checks - all was covered in one home visit. I take my hat off to you! Thanks for looking after our Pepi. What a great service, especially during lockdown! Before coming in, we had a consultation phone call where Laurence really took the time to answer all of my questions, as I’m a new pet owner. During the appointment, which was a general health checkup for my cat, he was very thorough and explained each step. Highly recommend!
