Dr Laurence was very professional and you can tell that he really cares for your pet. It was easy to make a booking and the service is very convenient. The initial phone call was super friendly and the consultation was clear and thorough. He also followed up and sent a message a few days later to check up on my pup which was amazing. Overall I definitely recommend First Paw Mobile Vet :)

Lorence was very helpful and went to a great length to be able to care for my fury friend Jerry. His gentleness and live for animals was seen and his passionate about what he does, would definitely call lorence out again and would recommend his care.

Laurence and his mobile vet service has been a God-send. I have a three year old cat who is very skittish and ran away for five days last time I took him to the vet. Upon arrival, Laurence stayed in his car and called me so we could work out our strategy re Laurence coming into the house and Gavin my cat being in the right spot where he couldn’t hide or cause harm to Laurence or myself. Laurence was so understanding about my stress levels and the stress levels of Gavin and we worked together to make it a successful visit and I was thrilled to have my furry boy vaccinated for another year. He also had a quick look at my puppy dog’s teeth and confirmed its time to have them cleaned. Thank you Laurence, I will be making you a firm part of my furry family. The absolute best doctor for your baby. He was so friendly and helpful. So knowledgeable and super thorough with his diagnosis. He was so gentle to my baby girl Duri and his prices were honestly so good!! While other money hungry clinics were charging 200 dollars for a 5 min consultation, he went out of his ways to call before entering my house to ask about her temperament, her diet, her history,.. EVERYTHING!! He didn’t even mind coming into my bathroom do all the examinations because of how anxious Duri was. Literal god sent. Could not recommend more!! Soooo convenient in terms of not having to travel anywhere but also reduces the stress of being in a carrier for my cat. She got noticeably better after just two days too!! I honestly cannot thank Dr. Laurence enough- you can really tell he does this job because he actually cares! ❤️

Bella, my dog, and I would like to heartily recommend the First Paw mobile vet service. An appointment was arranged easily and Laurence, the fabulous vet arrived promptly. He was wonderful, thorough, professional and incredibly sensitive to both Bella’s and my needs. I was absolutely delighted with every aspect of the service and will be accessing First Paws again in the future.

Nelson my 5yr old 60kg Belgium Shepherd was in obvious pain continual crying followed by screeching when he would try to stand up, bloated stomach - nothing made sense we thought Nelson was dying right in front of us. The feeling of hopelessness not knowing how to help Nelson In walks Laurence Cut a long story short Nelson just got home from his walk - his never been fitter and healthier Laurence is a gun

Good service but honestly very expensive considering

Laurence was on time and very thorough. He was excellent with Tofu during the appointment and I was extremely impressed with the quality of the follow up and support after the initial consultation. Having recently moved to Melbourne it's a relief to have found their new vet on the first try. Thanks again Laurence!!!
