Booked online, very easy and accessible to book. My cat, Bella is an adopted cat and is very stressed going to the vet. Dr Laurence took the time to get to know my concerns and explained my cats history. He also followed up and checked how she was going. Would definitely recommend.

Cannot fault Laurence with how he treated my cat. He was attentive and took the time to explain the medication thoroughly as well as her condition. Having her treated at home also greatly reduces the stress she feels when being transported to the vets. First Paw Mobile Vet is an invaluable service. Will not hesitate to call Laurence again when veterinary attention is needed.

I moved to the city about a year ago and it's not very convenient to get 2 cats and a puppy to the vet! I looked on Google and came across First Paw - booking online was extremely simple and offered great hours of availability. Laurence himself is very patient - my puppy is wriggly, one cat hates strangers and the other loves to go through all the equipment! - and very methodical whilst also getting things done quickly to reduce their stress. Very pleased and would recommend his services to anyone :)

Dr Laurence is fantastic. I don't have a car, so having a mobile vet coming to my place to check my dog's injured paw is excellent. Thanks for following up regarding Maxie's issue.

Dr Laurence was very professional and you can tell that he really cares for your pet. It was easy to make a booking and the service is very convenient. The initial phone call was super friendly and the consultation was clear and thorough. He also followed up and sent a message a few days later to check up on my pup which was amazing. My cat it’s a bit tricky but with the help of Laurence and first Paw I could get everything done for her; the service was amazing, the way laurence handled my cat was really good so honestly I highly recommend this guys.

Can’t express enough how great Vet Laurence is - he’s incredibly thorough, caring, knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain everything to you. His online booking platform is also incredibly seamless - I booked a phone consultation on the day of and paid with PayPal - took about 2 minutes. My partner and I were both saying we wish he was our doctor, as the level of care is far superior to any GP we’ve ever had! 😂 all in all a great experience and we will continue to use Laurence as our primary Vet for our little Chips.

I was really impressed by the service from Dr Laurence. My previous mobile vet had shut down so I found First Paw Mobile through an internet search and was able to get an appointment in less than a week to undertake an annual health check for my cat. Dr Laurence conducts a quick five-minute call with you prior to entering the property so he can get background information on your pet and to identify the best way to care for it during the visit. Once inside, he was very caring with my cat, making sure he didn't do anything to cause any stress. Dr Laurence did a full check and was able to vaccinate my cat, which was great given cat vaccines are hard to come by in Australia at the moment. He also provided guidance on cat teeth cleaning (I had not been made aware of this from previous vets) and gave information and advice on how to manage and seek treatment. Five days after my visit, Dr Laurence followed up with a message to see how my cat was and if there were any issues following the vaccination. To me, this really showed the good level of service that First Paw Mobile provides to ensure your pet is safe and well. I will definitely be using First Paw Mobile going forward and would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to use a mobile / home visit service.

First Paw Mobile Vet was wonderful to deal with from the get-go. My anxious cat Jesse was due for his annual vaccinations and check-up but doesn’t cope going to the vet clinic. Dr Lawrence provided a thorough phone consult before coming in and set the scene for a smooth and trauma-free appointment. He was fantastic with Jesse and provides an invaluable service for sensitive pets – would highly recommend!
