We had an amazing experience with Dr Laurence! Our poor cat was in a bad way with a very swollen face with what appeared to be an infected abscess from an injury caused by a cat or possum. Dr Laurence was very reassuring when he arrived to our home and took it one step at a time to inspect and treat our fur boy! It was so scary seeing our cat so unwell so the last thing I wanted to do was pop him in a cage to take him to the vet - it would have been even more distressing. The professionalism and empathy he showed towards myself and our cat made it clear to me that he is in the right field of work. From injections, to a shaved cheek and small procedure, temperature and weight checks - all was covered in one home visit. I take my hat off to you! Thanks for looking after our Pepi. Dr Laurence was absolutely fantastic. He came to our home to vaccinate and check our three cats, and the whole experience was calm, professional, and stress-free. He handled each of them so gently and took the time to explain everything clearly. It made such a difference not having to take them into a clinic. We will definitely be using him for all our future general check ups and vaccinations. We’re so grateful and would highly recommend his home-visit service!

Dr. Laurence responds to his messages/calls super quick making it easy to book a checkup for my 2 new cats. He gave me lost of advice and tips on how to keep them in top health, and seems really knowledgeable. It was incredibly convenient for me as the cats are quite timid, and it seems that they were more comfortable as the checkup was in an environment they were semi-familiar with. Appreciate the work! Had great service from Lawrence who was away on leave, but still called me back regarding our new puppys health check enquriy, and whilst he wasnt able to see us at the last minute which was completly reasonable, even took the time to answer questions, give further recommendations to others and also sent a free e book, will defintely keep in mind for our next visit.

The humorous and gentle doctor Laurence came to my home with a temperature of 37 degrees to give my kitten a physical examination and vaccination .He got along well with Momo and provided us prefect services. Thank him a lot🥳 …
