Mobile Vet in Northcote

Laurence and his mobile vet service has been a God-send. I have a three year old cat who is very skittish and ran away for five days last time I took him to the vet. Upon arrival, Laurence stayed in his car and called me so we could work out our strategy re Laurence coming into the house and Gavin my cat being in the right spot where he couldn’t hide or cause harm to Laurence or myself. Laurence was so understanding about my stress levels and the stress levels of Gavin and we worked together to make it a successful visit and I was thrilled to have my furry boy vaccinated for another year. He also had a quick look at my puppy dog’s teeth and confirmed its time to have them cleaned. Thank you Laurence, I will be making you a firm part of my furry family. I can’t thank Dr Laurence and First Paw Mobile Vet enough for today! My poor old cat developed a very painful lump on his spine and was so uncomfortable and irritable that the vets at the clinic couldn’t even get close enough for a proper exam. They sent us home with some pain relief and advise to monitor, but he still wasn’t himself. I was worried about putting my boy through another stressful car trip and vet visit, so when Dr Laurence came to us, it was a huge relief! Dr Laurence was calm, confident, and incredibly gentle, taking the time to carefully examine my cat right at home. He explained all the possible causes of the lump and talked me through treatment options. Together, we made a plan that made me feel confident and at ease. I’ve never seen my cat so relaxed during and after a vet visit, and the cost was no more than a regular clinic appointment! If your cat gets stressed easily, Dr Laurence is the vet you want. His kindness and expertise made all the difference to us, and I’m so grateful we found him. Thank you again!! 🐈‍⬛🐾

Dr Lawrence came to euthanise my beautiful 13 yr old boy. It was a peaceful and calm appointment. I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable and my boy passed peacefuly in my arms. It was also reasonalbly priced compared to other services I looked into.

Amazing service by Dr Laurence. This was my first time using a mobile vet for my new puppy and I was extremely happy I did. Found First Paw Mobile Vet using a Google search and booked in. Dr. Laurence visited to do a home vaccination for my 11 year old Bengal cat who absolutely hates her kitty carrier. The experience was great. Dr. Laurence called on arrival to learn more about my cat before coming inside. The mobile VET was fantastic! Found this to be super convenient as we found ourselves constantly postponing getting to the VET for our cats' standard vaccinations and boosters. Laurence was on time and courteous and explained everything really well....he even talked us through a few different treatment options (without adding any pressure). Archie and Willow say thank you!
