Laurence from First Paw’s service was second to none. He showed genuine care and respect for myself and my pup while being quick and effective. He was more than happy to answer any questions I had and provided some great hints and tips to care for pooch. So friendly! The mobile VET service is great and incredibly convenient for us busy city slickers.

Loved the First Paw Mobile Vet service. We have two cats that get quite anxious in car rides, so we decided to try a mobile vet and loved the experience. Laurence was very thorough and was great at taking me through the components of the check up and next step. Would definitely recommend.

This is a fantastic service, the vet (Laurence) was great, he was very well organised and thourough. It was a much better experience having him come to us, more relaxed for us and our pets. Laurence is very approachable and knowledable so he will answer any questions and explains everything very well. Prices are very reasonable, so even with the call out fee it was still cheaper than visiting a vet sugery, great value. I have recommended this service to everyone I know and will be a loyal customer myself from now on.

Laurence is a fantastic vet with a gentle touch. My Leo went through multiple surgeries and vet stays last year and as a result, is terrified of vet visits. Laurence took the time to let Leo check him out and become comfortable with him before he tried to examine him. It made a huge difference to a cat that usually has to be sedated before he can be treated. I’m not sure Leo even noticed the vaccination he was given. Having a vet come to me instead of putting Leo through the stress of a car ride and unfamiliar space made for a very relaxed cat. Laurence was thorough and ask all the right questions so I was as relaxed as the cat knowing he was in good hands. I highly recommend this service and would definitely use it again.

The convenience of First Paw is next to none. My 10.5 year old Stanley dog hurt his back and was beside himself with anxiety from the pain. The last thing I wanted to do was put him in the car and take him to the vet, a place that makes him even more anxious! Finding Laurence at First Paw was my greatest discovery ever! Laurence was so calm, gentle and patient with Stanley. He took his time to assess the problem and explained everything we needed to do to achieve recovery. Stanley is back to his normal self and I couldn’t be happier with this service!

Since the first day my old Labrador met Dr Laurence, we realized how excellent professional he is. He took the time to answer all my questions, listened to Koome history and continued a follow-up after the visit. In addition, he is sensitive friendly and nice with pet owners. So, without doubt, when my almost 16-year-old dog needed to say goodbye to us, I called Laurence to accompany Koome to the end of her beautiful life. He and the nurse were very respectful and sensitive at this difficult time. Koome slept peacefully in the best hands. He is really the best vet I met, and I recommend him 100%. Laurence was very knowledgeable and compassionate in dealing with my very nervous kitty when she had her check up. The fact that he can come to my home spares us a lot of unnecessary stress. I appreciated the extra follow up - first with some useful aftercare information and then a few days later to see that Meowy was happy and well.
