I got my puppy during the COVID-19 distancing rules, and was pleased to find First Paw Mobile Vet could come to my house so I could be with my puppy while he got his exam and vaccination. They were diligent about wearing a mask & gloves, hand washing, keeping distance from me as much as possible, and keeping the time in my home short, to minimise risk to me and my household, as well as the community. Dr Laurence was thorough, professional and friendly.

Professional, prompt and positive. Our dog Bill is ageing, getting a bit territorial and not so vet-clinic friendly. First Paw visiting him in his own environment was a great experience for us all. Dr. Laurence is a life saver! My cat Ralphie needs to be sedated every time we go to the vet just for a physical, so we decide to use First Paw, and everything went smoothly. Dr. Laurence was able to give Ralphie a physical and shots without struggle at all! He even gave Ralphie a treat at the end to make sure it was a great experience for him! Dr. Laurence made a normally stressful experience for us, stress free.

Despite all good reviews, our experience was not satisfactory. We chose standard health check $149 for our cat’s acne and additional cat $89 just because the vet already visited. We feel the session was too rushing and didn’t feel all our concerns were addressed. We would just think of it as for the sake of getting the cream (ilium Dermotic Ear & Skin Suspension $49). We will visit proper vet clinic next time considering it has all medical equipments as well. Besides, their enquiry email does not seem to be monitored. They didn’t reply to my email asking for the vet’s full name and registration number. It was for me to confirm the information for insurance claim. I called the receptionist and she told me she would get it replied but still no reply.

This was my first time meeting Laurence he was great. From the care for the cats to the care of entering into a home during covid, he and the experience was first class! He gave amazing feedback and recommendations for my cats and I’ve now found my full time vet moving forward.

Amazing service by Dr Laurence. This was my first time using a mobile vet for my new puppy and I was extremely happy I did. Laurence was very professional from the initial call before meeting little Millie, right up until the very end. He answered all of our questions and provided us with great advice and tips. Thanks Laurence for your care in looking after our dog and her sore paw and helpful diet tips for Rufus’ runny poos. Both dogs are doing better. Appreciate the home visit as it made things so much easier to get the dogs checked.

The mobile VET was fantastic! Found this to be super convenient as we found ourselves constantly postponing getting to the VET for our cats' standard vaccinations and boosters. Laurence was on time and courteous and explained everything really well....he even talked us through a few different treatment options (without adding any pressure). Archie and Willow say thank you! Will be using again.
