Laurence was great! Punctual and extremely professional, definitely knows all things when it comes to pets! No doubt our puppy cavoodle is in good hands. Love that this service is mobile! Came right to our house and had the vet appointment in the comfort of our own home! Winning!

I moved to the city about a year ago and it's not very convenient to get 2 cats and a puppy to the vet! I looked on Google and came across First Paw - booking online was extremely simple and offered great hours of availability. Laurence himself is very patient - my puppy is wriggly, one cat hates strangers and the other loves to go through all the equipment! - and very methodical whilst also getting things done quickly to reduce their stress. Very pleased and would recommend his services to anyone :)

Dr. Laurence is a must for everyone who is having a dog for the first time and even for experienced owners. He is a great professional and he was super careful with our young Cavalier. He patiently gave fundamental instructions regarding health and care of the puppy and he did more than just vaccination but a complete check up. It is also very convenient to have him in our place, no stress with traffic and parking. We are recommending his work for all friends.

My cat isn't the fussiest but I don't drive and he is very heavy to carry, so I opted for a mobile vet. Booking is easy – you can call or book online. The person answering the phone was very friendly and helpful. First Paw was very prompt and very gentle with my cat. The check up, vaccination, and recommendations were handled super efficiently and with care. Aftercare was provided via texted links to PDFs (love this as I am swamped with emails and can't stand loose paper). Very grateful that all pandemic guidelines were followed as I live in a small space, and it made me feel very safe. Thank you, First Paw.
