Revelation! With a very sweet but highly reactive rescue terrier (Peach) we have had some less than ideal vet experiences. Laurence was keen to understand Peach and her behaviour and took the time to get to know her and strategise with me how to give her the vaccination. I can safely sat this is the best vet experience Peach has ever had.

What a great service, especially during lockdown! Before coming in, we had a consultation phone call where Laurence really took the time to answer all of my questions, as I’m a new pet owner. During the appointment, which was a general health checkup for my cat, he was very thorough and explained each step. Highly recommend!

Dr. Laurence is a life saver! My cat Ralphie needs to be sedated every time we go to the vet just for a physical, so we decide to use First Paw, and everything went smoothly. Dr. Laurence was able to give Ralphie a physical and shots without struggle at all! He even gave Ralphie a treat at the end to make sure it was a great experience for him! Dr. Laurence made a normally stressful experience for us, stress free.

My cat isn't the fussiest but I don't drive and he is very heavy to carry, so I opted for a mobile vet. Booking is easy – you can call or book online. The person answering the phone was very friendly and helpful. First Paw was very prompt and very gentle with my cat. The check up, vaccination, and recommendations were handled super efficiently and with care. Aftercare was provided via texted links to PDFs (love this as I am swamped with emails and can't stand loose paper). Very grateful that all pandemic guidelines were followed as I live in a small space, and it made me feel very safe. Thank you, First Paw. Laurence was very through and caring. He was respectful of my dogs attitude to strangers and in particulary vets without neglecting him. He asked lots of question to be able to understand my dogs issues. Happy how the experience went as there was no stressful scenes trying to get my dog to a vet. Also checked on my elderly cats and didn't seem distressed by the experience. Overall very happy fur family thank you

I recently booked in to have my chihuahua vaccinated and his eye checked. Dr Laurence was extremely helpful in fixing his eye problem & was very knowledgeable while vaccinating the puppy. I would highly recommend this service & will be using them ongoing. Thank you so much!

I'm glad we found First Paw; Dr Laurence was prompt, friendly and professional. He called before the appointment to get some background on our kitten, happily answered all our questions and ended up giving us more than the allotted time which is in no way expected, but showed that he actually cares about the pet he's treating. Will definitely use his service again - living in the city it's really convenient to have a vet visit your home for general check ups.
