Laurence was a pleasure to deal with and service top end. Only took one visit but I won't be looking anywhere else for any vetinary needs for our puppy!

I moved to the city about a year ago and it's not very convenient to get 2 cats and a puppy to the vet! I looked on Google and came across First Paw - booking online was extremely simple and offered great hours of availability. Laurence himself is very patient - my puppy is wriggly, one cat hates strangers and the other loves to go through all the equipment! - and very methodical whilst also getting things done quickly to reduce their stress. Very pleased and would recommend his services to anyone :)

I needed a local vet at short notice and Laurence was able to fit my dog Pip in that day. Laurence was friendly, professional and very reliable. First Paw is a convenient service, and Pip made a speedy recovery thanks to Laurence. Highly recommend. Thank you Laurence!

This is a fantastic service, the vet (Laurence) was great, he was very well organised and thourough. It was a much better experience having him come to us, more relaxed for us and our pets. Laurence is very approachable and knowledable so he will answer any questions and explains everything very well. Prices are very reasonable, so even with the call out fee it was still cheaper than visiting a vet sugery, great value. I have recommended this service to everyone I know and will be a loyal customer myself from now on.

The mobile VET was fantastic! Found this to be super convenient as we found ourselves constantly postponing getting to the VET for our cats' standard vaccinations and boosters. Laurence was on time and courteous and explained everything really well....he even talked us through a few different treatment options (without adding any pressure). Archie and Willow say thank you! Will be using again.

Laurence and Erin were wonderful at a time that was very difficult for us. They arrived when they said they would and treated both Cooper, our 16 year old Labrador and ourselves with respect and kindness. Laurence explained everything he was going to do and stepped back when we needed time with Cooper before he performed the euthanasia. He spoke gently to Cooper and to us. He made an experience we were all dreading so much more comfortable. We can’t thank him and Erin enough for their compassion and professionalism. I would highly recommend First Paw to anyone.

I can’t thank Dr Laurence and First Paw Mobile Vet enough for today! My poor old cat developed a very painful lump on his spine and was so uncomfortable and irritable that the vets at the clinic couldn’t even get close enough for a proper exam. They sent us home with some pain relief and advise to monitor, but he still wasn’t himself. I was worried about putting my boy through another stressful car trip and vet visit, so when Dr Laurence came to us, it was a huge relief! Dr Laurence was calm, confident, and incredibly gentle, taking the time to carefully examine my cat right at home. He explained all the possible causes of the lump and talked me through treatment options. Together, we made a plan that made me feel confident and at ease. I’ve never seen my cat so relaxed during and after a vet visit, and the cost was no more than a regular clinic appointment! If your cat gets stressed easily, Dr Laurence is the vet you want. His kindness and expertise made all the difference to us, and I’m so grateful we found him. Thank you again!! 🐈‍⬛🐾

Dr Laurence was COVID SAFE, friendly and thorough. He handled Brian the cat with care and listened carefully to our concerns. He was able to drain Brian’s cyst expertly and quickly, with Brian’s comfort as high priority. We will definitely using this service again as Brian is blind and his vet stress when he has to be carted elsewhere is off the charts. When Dr Laurence came to his home, it was just an interesting experience for Brian. This was such a relief! Thank First Paw!

Dr Laurence is incredible, a 10/10 vet!! He has great energy and is honest, gentle, and highly attentive when it comes to pet care. What a sensational service! As a first time puppy owner the idea of taking my puppy to the vet just for a puppy check up was daunting. To have the stress of transportation removed and little Baxter seen in his own environment was a relief but Dr Laurence's value is not just limited to convenience. He was very generous in sharing advice and tips for future care, very professional but relaxed and calming at the same time. I will have a local vet but will use First Paw as well. Oh and my puppy liked Dr Laurence so much that he tried to follow him out the gate!
