Booked in with Dr Laurence to get my cats vaxxed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The cost of the appointment was on par and if not cheaper than the cost of travelling to a Vet, but more importantly, the service was incredible. Both of my cats immediately warmed up to him, including the more anxious and skittish one. I booked in to get their vaccinations topped up but left it with so much more information to continue supporting my cats’ lives and wellbeing. Thank you!!

Like many people I bought a puppy during COVID. Trying to get to Vets that were Open, and had availability, plus maintaining social distancing was difficult. I stumbled over First Paw while researching my options. Finding a vet that did home visits in a safe and professional manner was awesome! They have been with me through the whole gamut of pet owning, from Vaccinations, through to puppy infections, plus I have an allergy dog. First Paw are very responsive when looking for advice, or what to do in an emergency, and all my puppy needs.

Dr Laurence was amazing! He was friendly, punctual, easy to understand and Lola loved him! He will be our regular vet from now on!

First Paw Mobile Vet was wonderful to deal with from the get-go. My anxious cat Jesse was due for his annual vaccinations and check-up but doesn’t cope going to the vet clinic. Dr Lawrence provided a thorough phone consult before coming in and set the scene for a smooth and trauma-free appointment. He was fantastic with Jesse and provides an invaluable service for sensitive pets – would highly recommend!

I was really impressed by the service from Dr Laurence. My previous mobile vet had shut down so I found First Paw Mobile through an internet search and was able to get an appointment in less than a week to undertake an annual health check for my cat. Dr Laurence conducts a quick five-minute call with you prior to entering the property so he can get background information on your pet and to identify the best way to care for it during the visit. Once inside, he was very caring with my cat, making sure he didn't do anything to cause any stress. Dr Laurence did a full check and was able to vaccinate my cat, which was great given cat vaccines are hard to come by in Australia at the moment. He also provided guidance on cat teeth cleaning (I had not been made aware of this from previous vets) and gave information and advice on how to manage and seek treatment. Five days after my visit, Dr Laurence followed up with a message to see how my cat was and if there were any issues following the vaccination. To me, this really showed the good level of service that First Paw Mobile provides to ensure your pet is safe and well. I will definitely be using First Paw Mobile going forward and would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to use a mobile / home visit service.

Wealth of knowledge from Laurence and really appreciated the follow up messages/advise. Daisy my 10 week old puppy had her second vaccination with him and she absolutely loved him. She was completely at ease with her check up and injection. Daisy is excited for her upcoming final injection and it makes it so much easier from the comfort of your home.

Dr Laurence was COVID SAFE, friendly and thorough. He handled Brian the cat with care and listened carefully to our concerns. He was able to drain Brian’s cyst expertly and quickly, with Brian’s comfort as high priority. We will definitely using this service again as Brian is blind and his vet stress when he has to be carted elsewhere is off the charts. When Dr Laurence came to his home, it was just an interesting experience for Brian. This was such a relief! Thank First Paw!

Laurence was very helpful and generous with his time and the way he helped take care of my two kittens.

I have to say, I was very impressed with First Paw and more to the point Lawrence. I made the initial appointment and then I couldn't meet that time, but spoke with First Paw to see if I could get Lawrence out to my home and Lawrence called me and we set a time. I am always a little bit apprehensive with taking my two cats to a vet as they get incredibly scared and timid, well Lawrence was absolutely awesome with my two cats, he explained everything very clearly, was fantastic with them, and overall a wonderful experience for all. I would highly recommend Lawrence from First Paw, it takes away the stress of leaving your home with anxious cats! Thanks First Paw, awesome job!
