Mobile Vet in Collingwood

Super happy with our first checkup. Dr. Laurence was very responsive and thorough with the exam and made sure all our questions were answered. Appreciate the follow-up a few days later to see how our dog is after our booking. We would definitely go to him for our next check-up and vax.

Despite all good reviews, our experience was not satisfactory. We chose standard health check $149 for our cat’s acne and additional cat $89 just because the vet already visited. We feel the session was too rushing and didn’t feel all our concerns were addressed. We would just think of it as for the sake of getting the cream (ilium Dermotic Ear & Skin Suspension $49). We will visit proper vet clinic next time considering it has all medical equipments as well. Besides, their enquiry email does not seem to be monitored. They didn’t reply to my email asking for the vet’s full name and registration number. It was for me to confirm the information for insurance claim. I called the receptionist and she told me she would get it replied but still no reply.

Dr. Laurence is a total game-changer for anyone with a nervous pet! I’d been putting off my cat’s vaccinations for ages because she gets so anxious, which in turn makes me anxious. Dr. Laurence was incredibly reassuring and managed to finish everything within two minutes of being in the room - I was honestly in shock! It was the easiest vet experience we’ve ever had. I highly, highly recommend First Paw Mobile Vet for anyone needing a calm, professional, and convenient mobile vet.

Booked an appointment for a home visit vaccination. Booking was easy. Laurence arrived on time and was friendly and professional. Will definitely use these guys again.

We have an extremely anxious dog so vet visits are really stressful for him. I was hoping First Paw mobile vet would be a better experience and it 100% was. Laurence was very patient, he took the time to listen to the concerns and to get a thorough background history. He was awesome with our dog, and basically accomplished more in 30 minutes than we've ever been able to do at a vet office. Laurence was also good at explaining everything and followed up the next day. I would highly recommend First Paw and definitely will be using them again!

I can't recommend these guys enough! I didn't know a mobile vet service existed until a friend recommended them and I am totally sold. I have a large anxious rescue dog and going to the vet has always been a pain. Something about the rooms at the vet and all the smells freaks my dog out. The service was punctual, way more thorough than some vets I've been to, friendly, well priced and so convenient. I even got a follow up phone call to see how the prescribed treatment was progressing a few days later. Highly recommend!

Professional, prompt and positive. Our dog Bill is ageing, getting a bit territorial and not so vet-clinic friendly. First Paw visiting him in his own environment was a great experience for us all. Dr Lawrence was incredibly thorough. He explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand and answered all of my questions. He gave really helpful insight into what the future care of my doggo might look like. I highly recommend First Paw Mobile Vet, and will be using them again in the future.

Laurence came at a time of need for I and my puppy. The service was quick, courteous and my puppy was comfortable around the vet. The service is recommended especially when you want an in home care instead of trips to and from the vet.
