Dr. Laurence clearly cares for the clients under his care. He is professional with his advice and he follows up to make sure that your pet is doing fine. I'm happy to recommend his services if your pet hates travelling to the vet (like my cat).

I was thrilled to find a mobile pet service as I didn't want to traumatise my kitten taking him out in the cold in a taxi. Laurence was on time and very kind and friendly. He took his time to do what was needed for my kitten's first check up (since I brought him home) and booster vax. Laurence gave me lots of advice on teeth health for animals and any issues to look out for in the future. 100% recommendation.

Revelation! With a very sweet but highly reactive rescue terrier (Peach) we have had some less than ideal vet experiences. Laurence was keen to understand Peach and her behaviour and took the time to get to know her and strategise with me how to give her the vaccination. I can safely sat this is the best vet experience Peach has ever had.

This was my first time meeting Laurence he was great. From the care for the cats to the care of entering into a home during covid, he and the experience was first class! He gave amazing feedback and recommendations for my cats and I’ve now found my full time vet moving forward.

Thank you Laurence! First time we have used this service, and very impressed. Our cat hated going to the vet, and would work themselves into a complete hissing biting ball of fury. But in using this service, he was able to examined, and gets his vaccinations with no stress and in his own home environment. Both less stressful for the cat and us. Great mobile vet service. Detailed pre visit phone call, courteous and professional. Followed up afterwards with regular text messages. This was my first experience with a mobile vet, and it was amazing. We have a very nervous cat, who hates being in the carrier, even for a 5 minute drive to our regular vet. This was a much better experience for all of us. Our cat was so much more chilled about everything, and as a result, so was I. Will happily use this service again for routine vet visits.

Amazing service by Dr Laurence. This was my first time using a mobile vet for my new puppy and I was extremely happy I did. Dr Laurence was very professional and you can tell that he really cares for your pet. It was easy to make a booking and the service is very convenient. I have to say, I was very impressed with First Paw and more to the point Lawrence. I made the initial appointment and then I couldn't meet that time, but spoke with First Paw to see if I could get Lawrence out to my home and Lawrence called me and we set a time. I am always a little bit apprehensive with taking my two cats to a vet as they get incredibly scared and timid, well Lawrence was absolutely awesome with my two cats, he explained everything very clearly, was fantastic with them, and overall a wonderful experience for all. I would highly recommend Lawrence from First Paw, it takes away the stress of leaving your home with anxious cats! Thanks First Paw, awesome job!
