Dr Laurence was incredibly attentive and professional during his visit. Even though the visit was very short (Kitty got overwhelmed..), he gave me a lot of reassurance and advice for me and Kitty which I truly appreciate. Highly recommend First Paw, my cat was so much calmer having a vet attend to her at home. I think she even liked Laurence despite all the prodding and poking as he has a nice caring demeanour which put her (and her distressed human - me) at ease. Thank you!

Laurence was very through and caring. He was respectful of my dogs attitude to strangers and in particulary vets without neglecting him. He asked lots of question to be able to understand my dogs issues. Happy how the experience went as there was no stressful scenes trying to get my dog to a vet. Also checked on my elderly cats and didn't seem distressed by the experience. Overall very happy fur family thank you

Requested Dr Laurence come to my house for my cute Bengal kittens final F3 shot. He was so lovely, my kitten was really non fussed by the experience. Dr Laurence then checked in with me a couple of days later to make sure she was alright. She was and so was I as the worried cat mama, so I’ll definitely be calling on First Paws again next time I need a vet.

Our pup couldn’t be happier after First Paw came and checked him out in his new home. First Paw all the way!

Great experience

Laurence is a wonderful vet & when i had a dilemma regarding my new puppy needing next vacc, he was the only vet that delivered on his promise of care. He has a lovely way about him & made my Chihuahua puppy 'Dobby', feel very calm. 'Dobby' had only recently arrived all the way from Queensland & the thought of being in a veterinary clinic for me, would've been too stressful. Traumer still lingers from my last dog aged 13, dying in my arms at another clinic. This was a joy & well woth it. Calm pooch, calm owner, great vet. Thank you Laurence

I have to say, I was very impressed with First Paw and more to the point Lawrence. I made the initial appointment and then I couldn't meet that time, but spoke with First Paw to see if I could get Lawrence out to my home and Lawrence called me and we set a time. I am always a little bit apprehensive with taking my two cats to a vet as they get incredibly scared and timid, well Lawrence was absolutely awesome with my two cats, he explained everything very clearly, was fantastic with them, and overall a wonderful experience for all. I would highly recommend Lawrence from First Paw, it takes away the stress of leaving your home with anxious cats! Thanks First Paw, awesome job!

Dr Laurence was gentle with Henny (our 5yo cat) upon assessing him - most especially during his vaccination. Henny was comfortable with him although awkward, he hasn't seen a vet for a few years and is an indoor cat so the First Paw Mobile Vet service is perfect for him. Dr Laurence was open to answering questions and was also across the info I provided about Henny initially. Great experience for us and Henny - will definitely continue with Dr Laurence for our general vet needs 🙂

Revelation! With a very sweet but highly reactive rescue terrier (Peach) we have had some less than ideal vet experiences. Laurence was keen to understand Peach and her behaviour and took the time to get to know her and strategise with me how to give her the vaccination. I can safely sat this is the best vet experience Peach has ever had.
