Prepare for your vet's visit
A quiet room or confined area outdoors is ideal for examination. For small dogs a table or bench is helpful. For anxious cats, please confine them to a space where they can’t run and hide.

During the visit
Upon arrival, the Vet will have a chat and take your pet's history. We will then conduct examination, and provide treatment & expert advice. Payment is required at the time of the visit and can be made preferably by debit/credit card or phone tapping.

After Care
Receive your receipt and pet’s vaccination certificate by email, any veterinary referrals or pet medication scripts can be organised. Follow ups will be carried out in the subsequent days as indicated.

We do not offer emergency phone consultations due to the nature of our delayed online appointment scheduling. We strongly advise immediate contact/referral to your local vet hospital or emergency centre with any pet emergency.
