Dr Laurence was very professional and you can tell that he really cares for your pet. It was easy to make a booking and the service is very convenient. The initial phone call was super friendly and the consultation was clear and thorough. He also followed up and sent a message a few days later to check up on my pup which was amazing. Overall I definitely recommend First Paw Mobile Vet :)

Dr Laurence came to our house earlier this week to treat our Staffy x who had been unwell for a few days. He arrived before time and greeted us all so warmly and with such a calm demeanour. He took the time to listen to the history as he sat on the floor giving our usually highly anxious dog a chance to relax and approach Laurence in his own time. Laurence was extremely knowledgable and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure every base was covered. He works closely with the local vet clinics and is careful to present the options. He even discovered a dental issue with our dog that had previously gone unnoticed so that was a bonus of the examination. Vet visits are usually highly stressful for us and our dog so this was such a positive experience, one that we would highly recommend for any pet owner. We will be using First Paw Mobile Vet Service from now on and have already recommended Laurence to friends and neighbours.

My little fur baby is not a great car traveler, and with the current COVID climate, our vet's policy is she would have to wait in her carrier in the car at the vet prior to her appointment, so to save her anxiety levels (and mine) I decided to give First Paw a go when she needed a check over recently. I was so impressed with Laurence and his professionalism, caring nature and knowledge. He rang me from the car to get a full history on my kitty, and talked me through his process for when he came inside. I mentioned to him that our last vet told me I had very anxious kitten as she would shake and try to wriggle away from the vet every time we went. But not with Laurence, he came into the home with his friendly nature and my little one went right up to him for a sniff over and rarely left the area he was in the whole time. He gave her his full attention for more than the allotted time, left me a sample that he thought might help, and followed up a few days later to see how she was going. Overall, the whole process was so easy and convenient, I'll definitely be using Laurence & First Paw again and would highly recommend him.

Dr Laurence was incredibly attentive and professional during his visit. Even though the visit was very short (Kitty got overwhelmed..), he gave me a lot of reassurance and advice for me and Kitty which I truly appreciate. Thank you so much Laurence. A really great at-home service that was easy and comfortable for both Chloe and myself. Having a Staffy that is anxious always made it difficult to actually go to the VET, yet this was an excellent and thorough solution. Amazing value and care!

Great mobile vet service. Detailed pre visit phone call, courteous and professional. Followed up afterwards with regular text messages. This was my first experience with a mobile vet, and it was amazing. We have a very nervous cat, who hates being in the carrier, even for a 5 minute drive to our regular vet. This was a much better experience for all of us. Our cat was so much more chilled about everything, and as a result, so was I. Will happily use this service again for routine vet visits.

Dr Laurence puts your mind at ease and is a professional vet. The at home service is convenient for our shy rescue cat who prefers to be in her home surroundings. Typically she likes to venture off and hide, but Laurence has a way of making her feel calm whilst getting her vaccine and check-up. The service is convenient and affordable. The only wish I had, was to have a remember client detail booking feature so we don't have to refill the appointment form each time. Other than that, the service is exceptional. Highly recommend Dr Laurence and First Paw Vet for your pets health and care.

Laurence is an amazing vet. Our dog, Scruffy, is very nervous around new people. He made him feel relaxed and calm. He also got the medicine that we needed for him fast and called us to schedule the visit as soon as the medicine arrived. He is fast, reliable, and cares a lot about animals. Cannot recommend him enough!

The mobile VET was fantastic! Found this to be super convenient as we found ourselves constantly postponing getting to the VET for our cats' standard vaccinations and boosters. Laurence was on time and courteous and explained everything really well....he even talked us through a few different treatment options (without adding any pressure). Archie and Willow say thank you! My beautiful baby boy arti (bull Arab cross) had a bad fall yesterday and so I called Firstpaw mobile vet The lady on the phone was lovley and took all my details The vet ended up having some cancellations and called me to come earlier witch was great for me x He was super sweet and kind and my dogs loved him Very affordable pricing for this amazing quality xx Would highly recommend xx We even got a cute little magnet and a roll of puppy poop bags xx
